This morning I completed Week 6A Bench Press Workout (531 Cycle 19) as follows: Superset: Bench Press 5-135, 5-135, 5-155, 5-185, 5-205 Band Facepulls 20-Band, 20-Band, 20-Band, 20-Band, 20-Band Bench Press 5-230, 5-230, 5-205, 5-185 Superset: Decline Bench Press 7-215, 7-215, 7-215 DB OHP 9-30, 9-30, 9-30 Superset: Multi-Grip French Press 10-70, 8-70, 10-70 DB Hammer Curls 10-30, 10-30, 10-30 Bodyweight: 206.8 Pounds (Down 1.2 Pounds from 1/1) -- Still burning off gain from Carb Nite Workout Duration: 41:21.54 minutes (with 1:00 rest between sets) Good workout today. I changed up the bench press workout a little to use 3/5/1 percentages and an up and down pyramid. This will allow me to progress longer than the Kroc Reverese Pyramid workout I had been using. I will use this same format for squats and OHP too. Deads are still going good and I'm going to keep riding the 12 week Intermediate Deadlift plan train for the full 12 weeks as originally planned.
