Tri-set:
Weighted Dips  3x5 @ 25
DB Hammer Curls  7-45, 2x6 @ 45
Rolling DB Tri Extensions  7-30, 2x6 @ 30

Bodyweight: 212.8 Pounds (Down 9.4 pounds from 222.2 on 7/9)

Workout Duration: 0:54:53.55 h:mm:ss.ms (with 1:00 rest between sets)
